The Business and Professional Women (BPW) eClub Kassel e.V. is a nationwide and cross-industry network club of independent and selected businesswomen with the goal of exchanging information about professional success. Due to the high professional commitment of our members, the network meetings take place monthly, mainly via online formats. Presence meetings take place twice a year. 

The eClub offers women a platform for exchange on topics such as career, personality and advancement. The members benefit from communication at eye level, independent of their position, which places a strong focus on continuous development and the achievement of personal goals. 

The monthly meetings are characterised by lectures, workshops, interviews of role models and networking. New perspectives and knowledge often emerge through feedback and exchange in discussed topics.
