The BPW mentoring programme strengthens motivated BPW women from all sectors and in all positions in their professional development and career planning up to management tasks. BPW mentoring is an honorary offer.

Young BPW

In Germany, Young BPW is the only women's network that offers especially younger women up to 35 years of age their own forum for contact and exchange. Young BPW is aimed at young women who consciously plan their professional and private lives and enjoy them to the full.

Success Teams

Success teams in BPW offer members the opportunity to pursue their goals consistently. The secret of success is the mutual support of the participants, the clear rules, the structured framework and the fixed time frame. The BPW success teams work on the basis of the model developed by Barbara Sher in her book "Wishcraft".

BPW Active

BPW-active is an individual programme for committed women to develop their skills within the BPW club framework. Returning to work, reorientation or preparing for a career move - women often ask themselves whether they have the right skills, are good enough or how they affect others. Give it a try!
